La Mercè 2016: La Mercè parade

The 'seguici', or parade of the Mercè court, leaves from Plaça de la Mercè and heads for Plaça de Sant Jaume. The marching party includes the Banda Municipal and all the figures that come out to play for city festivals: Bigheads, Giants, the city's Eagle, Lion, Ox, Dragon, and many more, with their own marching bands accompanying them. And with human tower builders bringing up the rear.
