The National Museum once again organises a celebration of International Women's Day with a day of open doors to the whole museum for women. And at 6.30pm, you can see 'Cova – a ritual', an opera performance from the Cía company. Anna Gomà performs a recompilation of arias that were censured at one point in history because they talked about feelings, love, sensuality and all that’s forbidden. The show combines a fine arts element, where body paint evokes the mark of all experiences on the skin, with music, dance and emotional nakedness. The arias are performed in different languages with the aim of putting the main focus on feelings and emotions.
