Girls Skate Night

Vans is putting on Girls Skate Night, an afternoon and evening dedicated to girls and women, where you'll see a live demonstration by Lanire Elorriaga and other local skateboarders, along with Una Farrar from Canada, and Britain's Amy Ram. Activities start at 3pm, and include, in addition to the demos, DIY workshops, a screening of the documentary short 'Girls Skate India', and live music from the all-female band Bala, DJ Virginie, and Demmy Sober. All girls and women who sign up get free skateboarding classes.
