Fira Medieval 2018

From October 5 to 7, you can travel back in time to the Middle Ages with this fifth edition of the Medieval Fair, which sees the whole of Poble Espanyol dressed up in heraldic shields, medieval canopies and banners. Kids and grown-ups will enjoy three days of activities related to the medieval world, which include a large market, medieval attractions, crafts workshops, a medieval encampment, and puppet shows. You'll also find itinerant shows happening at different times, such as knights suddenly popping up at the market, or musicians who liven up the three days of the fair with Catalan instruments of the time, such as the gralla and the tarota. Another of the big draws is the food area, where you can eat at a typical medieval tavern or grab grub from several stands featuring a variety of cuisine.
