The Festivalet, an independent fair selling products that are either handmade or made on a small scale, is celebrating its ninth edition in Barcelona. They're back to give space for artisans and designers to show off their works, and to provide a space where you can find materials and publications related to crafts, and an area dedicated to companies in the field. You'll also be able to get a bite to eat while you take a break from shopping.
Over 100 stalls are setting up shop, where you can find brands including French ceramics Dodo Toucan; rag dolls from Lauvely; responsive objects from Living Things; Martín Andiñach's photography studio, which specialises in the collodion wet plate process; notebooks from design studio Menú Compartido; Rooftop Smokehouse's first line of packaged smoked products; and ice cream from Ice Roll BCN, which are made on the spot.
