Nus (the knot bar) is hidden down a quiet street in one of the most crowded areas of the Borne neighbourhood, an oasis among so many tourist traps and bland commercial bars. Good quality Czech beer on tap, drawn expertly with the perfect head of foam. As you sip your beer, you can't help but notice a huge photograph on the ceiling. A man with a white beard and hair, vaguely reminiscent of a cross between Gandhi and Ravi Shankar, is the enigma of the Nus bar. No need to check the British Encyclopaedia: we'll gladly help unravel the mystery for you. The man is the owner's father. His name was Louis.
