On Saturday the 23rd, city's top street food market rolls out in the Moll de Sant Bertran in the Port de Barcelona at its usual time, from noon to 11.30pm. But this time around you can expect loads of new stuff. The idea is to celebrate spring, so there will be a picnic area with natural grass and plants.
As for the most important part of the day – the food – Eat Street is debuting new gastronomic offerings as well as new chefs. Among them are the guys from Koku Kitchen (ramen specialists, who you've got to visit in C/Carabassa, 19), Four Frogs, La Vietnamita, Foodies BCN, Sahtén a la Mexicana and De Paula. You'll also have options from The Grand Shawarma Express, and both Caravan Made and Eureka will be on hand with a new project.
And there's still more news from Eat Street: From June 1, they'll be setting up a pop-up shop featuring artesan products in the gardens of the Universitat de Barcelona. The project will be called Eat Those, and it's a collaboration with All Those, to show off the best of local artesan products.
