Chocolate tasting

A tasting providing all the necessary information to identify the different varieties of chocolate (type of cacao, origin, manufacturing process, etc.), whether in solid or liquid form. The tasting is a collaborative process, intending to evolve the senses and go further into the wonderful world of chocolate.
