At last, a tasting course on pairings of chocolate... and alcohol. First you try the chocolate, and then the brandy, and then you try them together. You'll learn about the history of brandy, its characteristics and the bottling process. The star is the chocolate, however, and you'll learn its history as well, along with the types there are and how it's made. And the best bit is you taste as you learn. Try not to leave with a spoiled appetite and blurred vision.
