Time Out says

Lions, Chinese and Catalan dragons, martial arts, dances, music, 'castellers' (human towers), devils, percussionists, giants... The celebration of Chinese New Year in Barcelona combines the traditions of the Asian giant and the 'gegant' from Catalonia. Come celebrate the start to the Year of the Goat with more than 1,000 people and 36 Chinese and Catalan organisations that have joined the party. It all kicks off with a parade that leaves the Estación del Norte park at 11.30am, and arrives at 1pm at the Arc de Triomf. The entourage will head on to the stage at Lluís Companys for the performances.
