Time Out says

The gastro festival Born Street Food is back, turning the square Pla de Palau into a space where various chefs bring their cuisine to the people with a culinary offering open to the public, featuring cooking demonstrations, dishes prepared on the spot, and live music all day with 24 Kilates and the Guzzo Club.

From September 20 to 22 in a special La Mercè edition you can enjoy all that's on the go from the collective Barcelona Born Gourmet, which brings together chefs, restaurateurs and businesses from the Born neighbourhood: paella and rice dishes from the renowned 7 Portes, artisan cheese from Vila Viniteca, excellent meat selections from the Viñaspre brothers at Sagardi, innovative Asturian-Catalan cuisine from chef Fran Heras at Llamber, pork grilled over a slow fire from Oriol Rovira of Pork... Boig per Tu, fresh feasts from Luca Marongiu at Zero Patatero, Mexican tacos from Joan Bagur at Oaxaca Cuina Mexicana, the Barcelona Confraria de Pescadors (Fisherman's Association) on hand to cook freshly caught fish, and many more.
