8th 'Un Dia de Nassos'

Every year the NGO Pallapupas organises a "Red Nose Day" to make people aware of their work, which is helping people who are ill to improve their mood and state of mind with humour and theatre. This year, on the weekend of October 7 and 8, five Catalan family theme parks offer their tickets at half price, giving some of the proceeds to the NGO. The parks are Tibidabo, the Zoo (Sun 8 only), Catalunya en Miniatura, PortAventura World (Sat 7 only) and Granja d'Aventura Park.
