Time Out says

On July 25, the same day that marks 25 years since the start of the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, there's a big party in Plaça Catalunya to celebrate. Big names from the '92 Olympics will be on hand, turning the event into a tribute to all those who made the Games such a success a quarter of a century ago.

The torch and the Olympic flag will make their way through the city streets, leaving from Palauet Albèniz and arriving at Plaça Catalunya, which you can see on the large screens set up in the square, from 7pm. At 8pm at the Palauet there's an homage to athletes who participate in the Olympics and Paralympics, and after that there's a fire ceremony, while in Plaça Catalunya you can catch a performance by Mambo Jambo. Around 9.45pm the torch arrives in the square and lights the flame in the cauldron (at the same time the flame will be lit in the cauldron at the Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium). To round out the day, at 10pm you can catch the rumba catalana sounds of Los Manolos live in Plaça Catalunya.
