This competition dedicated to the floral arts is now in its 19th year and features the prize for the best rose as well as activities for all. The contest gives visitors a chance to get to know the field as well as bringing together the most prestigious rose experts on the international scene. This year, as in previous years, there's a programme aimed at visitors of all ages with the epicentre being the Roserar de Cervantes (Cervantes Rose Garden), where you'll find cultural and entertainment activities such as concerts from the Banda Municipal de Barcelona and the Cobla Sant Jordi, demos of floral art and of cooking, guided visits through the rose garden, or an invitation to the rose garden to help vote for the Rosa Ciutadana 2019.
