Mag Fest Barcelona

Mag Fest Barcelona, the city's first International Festival of Magic brings together some of the best magicians in the world for nearly 20 shows in April and May. The festival will take place on different stages in Barcelona, starting with performances at La Seca on April 7 and 8 with American magician Adam Rubin and Barcelona's own Xavier Tapias. You can also see close-up magic with Dani Daoritz and Yann Frisch in Rei de la Magia on April 21 and 22. The festival will finish up in the Teatre Victoria from April 26 to May 7, where you can catch Voronin from the Ukraine with his disconcerting and catastrophic act; American magician Tina Lenert with her dramatized act; Germany's Sos & Victoria, who hold the Guinness World Record for Quick Change; Mike Caveney from the USA, a star of magic comedy; Barcelona's Charlie Mag, who makes you doubt your vision as his doves disappear and reappear; Hun Lee from Korea, who also specialises in making all sorts of objects disappear and reappear; and from Madrid, Jorge Blass and his visual and jaw-dropping magic.
