Time Out says

Friday night yoga to some cool-ass hip-hop tunes – what more could you want to get your weekend started? Rocket yoga is the naughty sister of Ashtanga. It's dynamic, quick and forces you to breathe. You'll definitely sweat along to the swee hip-hop beats that will give you a spring in your step before you spring into spring.

Yoga teacher Betsy Reed, who's taught in some of London's top studios, leads you through the Rocket 1 sequence, introducing you to the foundations of the Rocket practice. Hands-on adjustments and clear instruction (in English) make this a great way to dip a toe to see if 'The Rocket' is for you. Whether you can already nail a handstand or have yet to explore inversions like forearm stand and headstand, there will be pauses to break down key poses, understand the anatomy and angles that are important to get into each and give it a try in a safe, supported way.

This class is not recommended for beginners, but if you have a regular practice or feel like you're strong enough to give it a try, you're more than welcome. In addition to the fun practice, there will also be fresh smoothies to enjoy on the spot or take home with you after class. There are a few mats available, but do bring your own if you have one. Early bird registration saves you a fiver!
