Tokyo-Sushi

A small, simple space, where suspended beams, plastic plants and slatted partitions are used to clever effect, and the walls are lined with photos and drawings from grateful clients. The speciality is edomae (hand-rolled nigiri-sushi), but the meat and vegetable sukiyaki, which is cooked at your table, is also good, while the four-course set lunch menu is a great value. The daifuku (red bean) and midori (green tea) mochi rolls to finish are gorgeous, but can be something of an acquired taste.
