Photographs of the chef Josep Maria Kao with Pep Guardiola and other celebrities adorn the entrance of the Shanghai, which is one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. Kao has succeeded in merging the delicacy of the cuisine he inherited from his parents with quality local ingredients.
