Sagàs

The Rovira brothers, from the Michelin-starred farmhouse-restaurant Els Casals de Sagàs, have set up shop in Barcelona. Here they practice the noble art of the gourmet sandwich, stuffed with meats and vegetables that they produce on their farm in Bages.
