Time Out says

If you want to drink true coffee, you can do it at Ruma's. Just three minutes from Plaça Catalunya, you'll find this sanctuary of caffeine, where you can get the best cup of coffee in the centre of Barcelona. Owner Ruma Motrenko has similar businesses in Russia, and she's passionate about speciality coffee. She works with beans toasted by Hidden – among the best in town – and the combination of quality and good service you'll find here comes from the fact that Motrenko refreshes her stock weekly, always paying attention to the origin of the coffee and looking for the all-important maturation factor. Coffee is king here, of course, but they also do chocolate, which you can get in a cup, or in the form of bonbons, cakes and artisan delights.
