Pork

A declaration of unconditional love for the pig as sustenance. And around here, nothing goes to waste. The Rovira family, who own Els Casals in Berguedà, carve up the parts of the animal on-site at Pork, and then present all, or almost all, of them right on your table. In the Sicilian oven, they cook exquisite bacon and sausages, and their pantry is full of cured pork products and cold cuts they make themselves in Berguedà. You can also order a good suckling pig and share it among four or five hungry diners. Blessed be the pork!
