You've got to try their set lunch menu, which you can get between Tuesday and Friday – it's so inspired you'll want to eat there every day. They work from the philosophy that there's a lot of room to work within the traditional. And they prove it daily with amazing dishes such as the lamb taco with guacamole. You'll always, always find a fillet steak on the menu that's prepared with a touch of genius, and the Thursday rice dishes are outstanding.
