Maná 75º looks great, there in its location at the beach, near the W Hotel, with its ample space that's full of light. The most impressive feature has got to be the wavy bar behind which you can see the open kitchen that's 20 metres long. And there they've got experts in cooking paella and rice dishes doing what they do best. All that makes this the largest show kitchen space for rice in Europe (there's a record for everything).
The menu, as you might imagine, is a selection of rice and paellas for all tastes, from the most traditional and classic such as black rice with squid and mussels with alioli and the 'Señorito' seafood rice or a soupy rice with lobster, to some truly daring and original combinations, standouts among which include a rice dish with cod and tender garlic with paprika alioli, and a non-fish one with 'butifarra negra' sausage and low-temperature pork rib confit. It's a great place to get a full belly before taking a siesta on the beach.
