Behind the crepes at L'Epicerie is one of Barcelona's big names in French cooking with Chef Romain Fornell, who's earned a Michelin star with his Caelis restaurant in the Hotel Palace and formerly worked at neighbouring Cafe Emma. L'Epicerie is the smallest of his ventures, and a dream come true for him: a French bakery smack in the centre of Barcelona. One of his star dishes is the crepes, and you can get them with ham and cheese, or mozzarella and tomato. And if you like your crepes sweet, you've got options like red berries with ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries, and more to tempt your taste buds.
