L'Eivissenca

The jewel in the crown of Plaça Eivissa isn't in any bar or restaurant, but the ice cream parlour L'Eivissenca. It's not only because of its scrumptuous ice creams or the tasty 'orxata' (popular drink made from tiger nut), but for their amazing 'granizado de pomada'. What's that? It's a crushed-ice drink made of Mallorcan gin and lemonade. Quite the sinful treat. And a great reason to get to the barrio of Horta.
