Owner, Valen Mongay is the president of the Slow Food Association in Garraf and as such takes the utmost care of the quality of his locally-sourced ingredients. He also knows how to lend a special touch to dishes that combine tradition and modernity in equal measure. 'Xató', a local salad served with a special sauce, salted cod with pickled garlic pickles, craft cheeses with 'borratxo de malvasia' from Sitges, a sweet wine of great tradition in the town, are some of his star dishes.
