La Masia de l'Ametlla

Jordi Roca took this early-20th century modernist house located on the edge of l’Ametlla del Vallès and turned it into a place to enjoy his wonderful take on Catalan cuisine. The secret to these dishes is using the freshest produce, especially the seafood. Excellent casseroles and Roca-style meat dishes. They organise exclusive matchings of fine wines with Roca’s exquisite dishes.
