If you fancy something a bit different, the chef formerly of Il Grappolo Blue (which won a Michelin star in Copenhagen in 2009), adds touches of innovation into the prawn tagliatelle with bolognese, for example, but expecially in their canonical versions of classics like the truffle ravioli.
