For 32 years, the Yeh Wen family have run this restaurant in Les Corts, the decor of which is far removed from the usual oriental kitsch features. The menu is devised along the same lines, but with a quality well worthy of mention. If you haven’t tried fried wonton, sweet and sour pork, prawn chop suey and beef with mushrooms and bamboo since the influx of Japanese restaurants into the city, now’s a good time to come back and try some Chinese cooking.
