A Barcelona classic that you’ll never forget, once you’ve been there. It’s the only restaurant in town with a beer sommelier! He’s Edgar, and he knows a lot. He serves lunches with a different beer for each dish. He also offers sampling menus with beers and group classes for people who want to know all about the subject. Edgar will recite the menu for you, which varies. There are lots of curiosities hidden away here, but don’t forget to try the Cesc beer from the restaurant’s 25th anniversary.
