This cosy spot, all decked out in wood, is the dream come true of two bearded Venuezuelan cooks with experience in the USA and in Catalan haute cuisine. The concept is simple: sandwiches with American recipes that go beyond the hamburger, and five taps with local craft beer. To give you an example of the sandwiches on offer, there's a magnificent pulled pork sandwhich with grilled pork that's marinated for 12 hours and served with barbecue sauce and carmelised onions. Their cheesecake, served in a jam jar, is worth repeating more than once. You might have to fight your way through a few homesick Americans to get a seat, but it'll be worth it.
