"No hi ha alegria amb la panxa buida" (There’s no joy on an empty stomach) – that’s written on one of the walls of this restaurant, whose original decor is in contrast to its decades of history in the centre of town. It has a varied menu that includes everything from cold tapas and carpaccios to paellas and other rice dishes, pizzas, snails and tuna tataki. It’s also an excellent place for vermouth.
