Bar Bodega Quimet

Some places really give their district character, and the Bar Bodega Quimet is one of those. When the original owner retired, the two brothers from La Llagosta took over. They polished it up, but without it losing its spirit. While elderly people used to come here to fill up their wine bottles, now young people drop in for a beer, a wine or a glass of cava. They also have snacks, like cured meats and cheese from Extremadura, anchovies, olives or more elaborate dishes. All very homely and relaxed. And yes, they still sell cask wine.
