Àtica is a splended restaurant, with limited space but a real neighbourhood feel, where the kitchen staff uses plenty of creativity and imagination. The dishes begin with a mixture of raw materials and are transformed into the innovative concoctions that are placed before you: marinated sardine pastry with candied spaghetti squash and pistachio oil, for example, or some good old-fashioned pigs' trotters.
