Sergi Arola has left this Barcelona flagship venue in the hands of Miguel Ángel Mayor, a young chef who has reinterpreted the restaurant’s cuisine with a touch of creativity and a sense of humour. A distinct Asian touch has been added to Arola’s classic dishes. The sampling menu is a real feast.
