Mini hamburgers, sliders, bite-size burgers, whatever you call them, these small sandwiches are a huge hit with kids, but also with hungry adults who want to try a bit of everything on the menu. It's called 101 Mini Burgers, and that's what they've got on the menu (well, No 101 is actually not a mini...), but the bonus is that the meat is high quality and never processed, and you'll find other burgers, such as chicken, fish and veggie, as well as popular sides.
Each mini burger is served with the ideally paired bread as a bun, including sesame, fennell, black with salt, or olive loaf. There are even dessert 'burgers': the buns are brioche with sugar, and between you can get a selection of sweet fillings such as chocolate with salt and olive oil, Catalan cream, or cheesecake with raspberry sauce.
