Jonas Kaufmann

Kaufmann is, without a doubt, one of the best tenors of the moment. He's able to tackle any kind of operatic repertoire that comes his way with the same level of high quality, yet he stands out as one of the top 'liederists' around. It is in the realm of the 'Lied' that he returns to the Liceu to give us a live performance of 'Winterreise' ('Winter Journey') by Franz Schubert. He will be accompanied on piano Helmut Deutsch.
