Thundercat

Stephen Bruner's star is rising. Raised in a family of musicians, even his first steps were remarkable: along with his brother he was part of the legendary thrash band Suicidal Tendencies, and when he was 16 he went on tour with Stanley Clarke. At the start of the 2010s he started releasing his own works, always with his pal Flying Lotus and on the Brainfeeder label, where he develops his personal vision of jazz – experimental and electronic. He's also collaborated with a long list of heavy-hitters: Kendrick Lamar, Erykah Badu, Kamasi Washington, Flying Lotus, Earl Sweatshirt, Childish Gambino and Wiz Khalifa have had the pleasure of working with this very talented bassist.
