The Free Fall Band

The five guys from nearby Mataró known as The Free Fall Band at last give their latest album a much-deserved live show in Barcelona. 'The Münster Sights' (2014) is the second effort from the band following 'Elephants Never Forget' (2013), which itself was a shiny and fresh debut with an abundance of tight pop songs influenced by classics of the genre such as Jonathan Richman and Teenage Fanclub. Their second album, released by El Segell del Primavera, shows how the band have matured, especially when you look at the richness of their arrangements. Producers Darren Hayman (Hefner) and Giles Barret (Tigercats) have been key in streamlining The Free Fall Band sound.
