Summer Nights at the CaixaForum 2014: Shlohmo + Millie & Andrea

Shlohmo, real name Henry Laufer, is one of those child prodigies who began making music at age 14 and hasn't stopped since. One of his hallmarks is the way he transforms vocal samples into instrumental elements. He is one of those producers whose music is very hard to label. As a remixer, he makes genuine masterpieces, often collaborating with Drake and Jeremih. This time, he will be appearing along with Millie & Andrea, the stage names of Andy Stott and Miles Whittaker (Demdike Stare), two unique talents of the experimental scene on the prestigious Modern Love label. Their individual artistic careers have reached the highest peaks in recent years, performing at the best cutting-edge electronic music festivals.
