Snow Patrol

Since their 1998 debut 'Songs for Polarbears', Northern Irish outfit Snow Patrol and their epic pop rock have been applauded by plenty of fans and critics. Following their tour for 'Fallen Empires' (2011) in 2012, the members of the group decided to takea  break to focus on personal projects. Now they're back to present their new album, 'Wildness' (2018).
