SÂLMON: Za!

Za! is one of the most innovative groups on the Catalan music scene, and to kick off the Sâlmon Festival, the duo present an original and special show for the occasion. Papa Dupau and Spazzfrica Ehd define themselves as two people who play a lot of different instruments (especially vocals, guitar and drums, but also keyboards, sampler and trumpet) and loads of pedals. They're eclectic and interested in all different musical styles, including math rock, which, on their latest LP, 'WANANANAI' (2013), courted Latin and Chinese music. With more than 500 concerts under their belt, Za! have toured throughout Europe, the United States and other countries such as Russia and Brazil.
