Romeo & Juliet

It's not only opera you'll find at the Gran Teatre del Liceu – ballet has its place as well, albeit a much smaller one. But ballet fans are in for a treat with this performance of one of the most representative works of Sergei Prokofiev, from Geneva's Ballet du Grand Théâtre. Live music is by the Liceu's own Orquesta Sinfónica, conducted by Manuel Coves. Choreography is by Joëlle Bouvier. Rémi Nicolas and Jacqueline Bosson are behind the stage design, and costumes are designed by Philippe Combeau and Joëlle Bouvier.
