Rigoletto

One of Verdi's most popular operas is back on the stage at the Gran Teatre del Liceu. This is a minimalist production from Monique Wagemakers, with red Venetian Renaissance costumes. The main roles are played by Javier Camarena and Antonino Siragusa, who make their debut as the Duchy of Mantua. Also starring Carlos Álvarez, Àngel Òdena, Leo Nucci, Desirée Rancatore and María José Moreno, among others. Riccardo Frizza is musical director.
