Among the free events of Primavera in the City, the Primavera in the Park series celebrates its sixth edition, transforming the Parc de la Ciutadella into another Primavera Sound venue with two stages and in one of the city's open green spaces. The first day brings the guitar pop of Italians Blue Willa (11am) and Barcelona's own Univers (noon); the pop punk of The Babies (noon), a full-time project which began as a parallel band of Cassie Ramone (Vivian Girls) and Kevin Mörby (Woods); American post-punk band Merchandise (2.30pm); Chilean rockers Perrosky (11.30am); Mexicans Dapunto Beat (12.30pm); Canadian pop eccentric lo-fi Sean Nicholas Savage (1.45pm); and pop melodies with a punk heart from King Tuff (3.15pm).
