The last day at the Fòrum for this year’s Primavera Sound will bring us the elegance of Kevin Rowland and his group, Dexys (9pm), at the Auditori in one of the biggest returns of the festival and of the year. They’ll perform the magnificent ‘One Day I’m Going to Soar’ (2012) and it’ll be a unique opportunity to see one of the biggest legends in British music live. The safest bet is Nick Cave (11.35pm), who never disappoints, performing his new album with The Bad Seeds. Also highly anticipated are My Bloody Valentine (2.25am), who are back to the festival four years after their last visit – and just when our eardrums were healing! They’ve got a new album, ‘MBV’ (2013) and are better than ever. Give your eardrums a break with Scottish pop group Camera Obscura (11.30pm), let yourself get carried away by Dead Can Dance (9pm) and their entrancing art-rock, by the heavy psychedelic rock of Melody’s Echo Chamber (7.45pm) (a project from young French multi-instrumentalist Melody Prochet backed by Kevin Pearce from Tame Impala), by the rhythms of Syrian Omar Souleyman (3.05am) and by Wu-Tang Clan (10.20pm), one of the most influential groups in the history of rap who have gone back to their original line-up. And from the local scene, check out favourites Hidrogenesse (9.55pm), politically incorrect punk band Tarántula (11.15pm) and the always-effective Antònia Font (11.30pm).
