A total of 37 bands and artists perform live in Barcelona over three days in a new edition of Primavera Club, giving audiences the chance to discover up-and-coming acts from the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and Denmark, as well as local acts. The first day of the festival is on in La [2] at the Apolo where you can check out Boys Forever, a garage-pop band with members from Veronica Falls; pop from American act Public Access T.V., presenting their debut album; Seth Bogart, formerly of Hux and His Punx, with his new solo album, a colourful record replete with synthesizers, electropop and sex; Extrarradio from Spain, with thier new wave and post-punk sounds; and electronic funk from Tversky, featuring members of Boreals.
