The last of the symphonies composed by Ludwig van Beethoven, also known as 'Choral', kicks off the return of the season of the National Orchestra of Barcelona and Catalonia (OBC). Jan Willem de Wriend, principal guest conductor of the orchestra, will conduct the three concerts. The four vocal soloists will be accompanied by two Catalan choirs, the Coro Madrigal and the Coro Lieder Càmera. The programme will be rounded out with the 'Cendrillon' ballet overture by Fernando Sor.
