New Year's Eve concert

The Barcelona Municipal Band celebrates New Year's Eve as well as Christmas, and this time with Salvador Brotons conducting. Brotons has been the titular conductor of the Band for years, and he hands over his baton at the end of the season. The concert programme centres on a selection from the ballet 'Swan Lake', by Tchaikovsky, and you'll also hear pieces by Rossini, Offenbach and Johann Strauss II.
