Municipal Band: New Year Concert

The musical grouping led by Salvador Brotons performs its first concert of 201, and it clearly wants to start on a high. A festive programme includes pieces by composers such as Rossini ('The Thieving Magpie'), Falla ('El Amor Brujo'), Alfred Reed (Armenian Dances), Khachaturian ('Masquerade') and a selection of waltzes and polkas by Johann Strauss II.
